Cleaning washing machines:
Top loader - 1/4 quantity of washing powder with 2 Tbs bicard soda. Put 2 Tbs white vinegar in the fabric conditioner slot.
Front loader - 1/8 washing powder with 2 Tbs bicarb soda. 2 Tbs white vinegar in the fabric conditioner slot.
Clean filter every use.
Put hard plastic filter in an icecream container full of water & 2 Tbs white vinegar. Soak 1hr.
Cat urine on microfibre:Use an ultraviolet light on a dark night and mark the stains with chalk. In the morning wipe the chalk off with white vinegar and the stains and smell will be gone.
Stainless steal tray marks: sprinkle with bicard soda then some drops of vinegar. While it's fizzing, rub with rolled up pantyhose.
Aluminium Boat: Make black tea. Roll up pantyhose into a ball. Dip in black tea and rub over boat!
Toilet bowl: Take a large town and stuff it down the toilet so it can't empty. Fill the bowl with hot water. Put a packet of denture tablets in. Leave it overnight. Next morning take the towel out and flush. Sprinkle with bicarb soda and white vinegar and brush with the toilet brush.
Put a denture tablet in the sistern once a week.

The end of the show
The Springs Show is over for another year!
And like the end of any good party I'm feeling a little bit of the post fun blues.
The Mornings Program broadcast live from the show and it was a chilly start.
But the faces of the kids as they came thought the gates was enough to warm anybody's hearts.
Sounding a bit corny?
I can't help it. Something about the smell of livestock mixed with the smell of Dagwood dogs get's me misty eyed.
